Also, did the car actually overheat at highway speeds, or did the needle just rise to "normal" levels (halfway mark on stock gauge)? Did you ever see that the SPAL's made the car run hotter than the stock fan, especially at higher speeds/RPM's, or just hotter in comparison to lower speeds with the SPAL?
